Patagonia Women's Synch Gloves Sykesville MD

These Patagonia Womens Synchilla gloves are a good pair to wear on chilly days on the trail. Fleece gloves are a must have for winter activities, because water beads up on the fleece. Plus, fleece is very lightweight relative to the warmth it provides, so can be taken along without adding much weight to your pack.

Patagonia Women’s Synch Gloves

These Patagonia Womens Synchilla gloves are a good pair to wear on chilly days on the trail. I wear them during the summer when I’m in the Sierra Nevada mountains and in the winter when I’m snowshoeing in local southern CA mountains.

Fleece gloves are a must have for winter activities, because water beads up on the fleece. Plus, fleece is very lightweight relative to the warmth it provides, so can be taken along without adding much weight to your pack. If you need more water protection (like for snowball fights, skiing, or snow camping), then you’ll want a pair of fully waterproof gloves like the North Face Montana gloves .

Unlike typical fleece gloves, these have synthetic leather on the fingers and palms, which makes them much more durable. Plus, that enables a better grip, which is nice to have when you’re reaching for items in your pack or holding on to trekking poles.

My pair is black, which masks any dirt or spills, but the white pair (or as Patagonia calls them “Castlerock”) look quite pretty too.
