North Face Paramount Porter Convertible Pants Review

The North Face Paramount Porter Convertible Pants

These 3-in-1 convertible pants, shorts, and capris, made by North Face, can be on the expensive side, but are extremely durable, and are one of the few pairs of hiking pants I’ve found that I would put in the category of stylish hiking pants. The fit is great because it provides for a nice straight leg look and boot cut bottom, so you can look cute hiking. Plus, the North Face Paramount Porter comes in 3 lengths: short, regular, and long.

The pockets on the front thighs are small (so only useful for chapstick and super small items), but because the pockets are up front and not on the sides of the thighs, it doesn’t accentuate any excess curves many of us ladies have! They have good zippered pockets in the back for other small items.

Additionally, the North Face Paramount Porter pants are made of thick nylon fabric, so if you like to hike near prickly bushes or abrasive rocks, they’re a good choice. Plus, they have built in sun protection (UPF 30)!
