This new program is being spearheaded by Gary Scholar, local author of children's book Angora -- I'm Knot Just Fluff, I'm Always Enough, about a bunny who gains self-esteem by learning to knit. Scholar is teaming up with acclaimed author (and knitter!) Debbie Macomber, and the pair hope to eventually take the program nationwide.
